1. What products does Galactic Nepal sell?

We specialize in selling the latest iPhones and related accessories. Our offerings include iPhone models, chargers, cases, and earphones. We ensure that all products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers.

2. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery for customers within the Kathmandu Valley. For other regions, we accept online payments prior to shipping.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

For now we accept Cash on Delivery only.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Kathmandu typically takes 3-5 business days. For deliveries outside the valley, it may take 5-7 business days, depending on the location.

5. Is there a warranty on the iPhones?

Yes, all iPhones purchased from Galactic Nepal come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damages due to mishandling or accidents.

6. Can I return or exchange my iPhone?

Yes, we have a 7-day return or exchange policy for iPhones that are defective or not as described. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed after the product is inspected.

7. Do you provide installment payment options?

At the moment, we do not offer installment plans directly. However, some credit card companies and mobile wallets may provide installment options at their discretion.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status through our website or the courier service.

9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped. After the 24-hour window, cancellations may not be possible as the product may have already been dispatched.

10. Do you ship outside Nepal?

Currently, we only ship to locations within Nepal. We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the future.

11. What should I do if my iPhone is damaged upon delivery?

If you receive a damaged iPhone, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement.

12. Do you offer repair services?

We do not provide repair services directly. However, all iPhones are covered under the Apple warranty, and you can get repairs done at authorized Apple service centers.
